Tecnasfalti’s technical department is always available to provide information, send certificates and supply assistance – whether over the phone or through inspections in the building yard –. This service can be enjoyed whenever further information about the soundproofing of horizontal and vertical partitions, assistance in choosing the products or support in case of problems and complaints are required. Generally speaking, this service is available to anybody who needs advice on acoustics.
In addition, you just have to send the design or building specifications to ask for a written report, which means an early detailed assessment of the implemented solutions, in accordance with passive acoustic requirements under Law 447/95. In some particular cases, we can make approximate assessments of the noise level in the laying phase, taking measurements in the building yard.
For laying certificates or special acoustic surveys (e.g. acoustic climate, acoustic impact etc.), we recommend you contact qualified technicians who are active in the territory and can regularly carry out these jobs, in accordance with current law provisions.
